Countries such as the UK and Ireland have implemented poverty reduction strategies that have achieved significant success, and are aiming to fully eliminate child poverty by 2020. Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador also have comprehensive poverty reduction strategies. With a plan, poverty could be eliminated in Ontario too!
